One intent. A whole hive gets to work.
Exubee is an ecosystem of AI agents organized like a hive. You say what you need once — Drone Bees carry your intent, Queen Bees plan and delegate, and Worker Bees execute in parallel across real apps. It already runs a live hotel OS. Rides — and much more — are next.

An ecosystem of AI agents that run real apps
Exubee is a standalone project by Nexalaris Tech — not a feature of any one product. It powers a growing family of applications, starting with a live hotel OS, and is built to orchestrate them all from a single intent.
Executes, Doesn't Just Chat
Chat is only the interface. Behind every conversation, Worker Bees hold real, narrowly-scoped write access to the systems they manage: they reprice rooms, dispatch staff, file ledger entries, and manage inventory — they don't just draft text.
A Hive, Not a Monolith
Exubee isn't one big model doing everything. Each app gets a Queen Bee that plans and delegates, and a crew of single-purpose Worker Bees that execute in parallel. The upcoming Drone Bee (D0) will orchestrate across every hive at once.
Co-Pilot First, Opaque Never
Exubee recommends and explains before it acts, and only earns Auto-Pilot after a sustained human-approval rate. Every action lands in an append-only ledger, and a kill switch halts the entire hive instantly.
Three kinds of bees. One chain of command.
It works like a real hive: the drone ranges out and confers with many queens, each queen commands her own workers, and every worker reports back to its queen. You speak once — the hierarchy does the rest, and the reports flow back up to you.
The Queen compiles every report into one answer — for you, or for D0. And you don't have to wait for D0: for single-app work, you talk to that app's Queen directly, today.
Humans & D0 talk to it
The Queen Bee is the brain of each app and the hive's only doorway: nothing reaches a Worker Bee except through a Queen. For single-app tasks you don't need D0 at all — you talk to the Queen right inside the app, the way guests already talk to Stayantra's marketplace Queen to book a room and owners talk to the dashboard Queen to run their hotel. A Queen holds read-access and the power to delegate — never write tools of its own — and apps can run Queen variants per surface: in Stayantra, an owner-side Queen, a guest-side Queen, and a lightweight public Queen for the booking widget.
- Talk to it directly for that app's work
- Only entry point into the hive — reads, plans, delegates, never writes
- Fans tasks out to many Worker Bees at once
- Compiles reports into one clear response
Security is structural, not aspirational: the Queen Bee is the hive's only entry point — no human or process can reach a Worker Bee directly. Every write is idempotency-keyed and lands in an append-only ledger. This architecture runs in production inside Stayantra today.
A Queen Bee at work
A replay of the flow that runs live in Stayantra today: a guest talks to the marketplace Queen, the Queen delegates to a Worker Bee, and every action lands in the ledger.
This isn't a concept video.
Guests already book rooms this way on Stayantra's marketplace, and hotel owners run their properties through the owner-side Queen. What you're watching is the exact delegation chain — Queen plans, Worker executes, ledger records — that the whole ecosystem is built on.
- The Queen never writes — she verifies, then delegates
- The Worker Bee holds only booking permissions, nothing else
- Every step is idempotency-keyed and ledger-logged
One sentence. Three apps. Zero juggling.
This is the endgame Exubee is built for — a Drone Bee orchestrating every hive in the ecosystem from a single intent. Stayantra runs today; the rest is what we're building toward.
1. One intent
A traveler lands in Kathmandu and opens Exubee: “Get me a good room near Thamel tonight, and a ride from the airport.” That one sentence is the entire instruction. The Drone Bee takes it from here.
An illustration of the architecture, not a shipped feature: the Exubee consumer app and Subhyatra are in development. Stayantra — and its Queen and Worker Bees — are live today.
Every app becomes a hive.
Stayantra is the first fully integrated hive — live today. Subhyatra is next. And the ecosystem is open: existing software can join it too.
Stayantra
AI-native hotel OSThe first fully integrated hive. Queen Bees take instructions from owners and guests; Worker Bees reprice rooms, dispatch staff, answer reviews, run payroll and triage complaints — every action logged.
Subhyatra
Ride-hailing & deliveryRides and deliveries across Nepal, built with its own Queen Bee so the hive can book a car — or a courier — the moment another app needs wheels.
Your software
Open integrationThe ecosystem keeps growing two ways: we'll keep shipping new Exubee-native software of our own — and the hive isn't a walled garden either. If you run software that people rely on — a pharmacy system, a restaurant POS, anything — we can integrate Exubee into it and give it a Queen Bee of its own.
