By registering for the Exubee waitlist or using any beta integrations of the Exubee platform, you agree to these Terms of Service issued by Nexalaris Tech.

2. Permitted Use

Exubee is designed to run automated workflows. You are responsible for configuring safe tool bounds and auditing transaction logs. Nexalaris Tech does not assume liability for actions taken under your explicit authorization.

3. Safety Controls and Kill Switch

You agree to maintain operational oversight of agents. The platform includes a universal kill switch, which you should deploy if you observe unexpected agent behavior.
